Jerry and family (year unknown)

Jerry and family around 2021

2022 update from Jerry "I retired in 2013 after practicing for 40 years as a large animal veterinarian. We have a small farm in Creston, Iowa and can always find something to do. We run a few ewes and have corn, beans, and hay ground. Ronda and I have 5 children between us and our 9th grandchild just arrived. I spend many hours volunteering on Knights of Columbus committees, Lions Club, and working the information desk at our local hospital."
Info as of 2015 Jerry graduated from Kansas State University in 1973 with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. He was a veterinarian in Hiawatha, KS for five years before moving to Creston, IA where he still lives. In 2013 he sold his veterinary practice and retired. Now he sleeps better and no longer tightens up when the phone rings at night.
Jerry and his wife, Ronda, have five children between them, and two grandchildren. After retiring Jerry spends his time on his farm, helping neighbors and volunteering with various civic and church groups. Ronda works for a home design and construction company. They enjoy traveling and following KSU football.
The life event that has affected Jerry the most was the loss of his son, Anthony, in a car accident in 1994.
Jerry was born August 7, 1947. Photos are him in 1954 and his senior picture.
