Info as of 2015 Herb retired in 2013 after being the Parks and Recreation Director and the Zoning Administrator for the City of Garnett for many years. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Garnett. They have three children - Sarah, Beth and Kevin - and three grandchildren.
Herb likes to spend time with family, go fishing, work in the garden and help with the grandkids when asked.
Herb was born January 5, 1947. He served in the Air Force from 1968 to 1972. Photos below are Herb in the 1960s and his senior picture.
