Martha (Hughes) Miller

2022 update from Martha "Well, here we are 57 years later! I sure have enjoyed this life journey and especially the stage that we are in now — retirement. Much to my surprise, my daughter Angie and her family moved back to Garnett and live just east of me. Sure is nice to have them so close! I enjoy my yard and flowers in the summer and do quilting in the winter months. Also, I am planning a bus tour later this year! Time spent with family and friends is a true treasure!"

Info as of 2015 Martha (aka Bun) and her husband, Earl, were the owners of Miller Ace Hardware in Garnett for 35 years. They have a daughter, Angie, and three grandchildren.
After Earl passed away in 2009, Bun started working part time at the bank a couple of days a week. She recently retired.
Bun enjoys working in her yard and flower beds, piecing quilts and spending time with grandchildren.
