Oliver Meliza

2022 updateAfter attending Emporia State University, Oliver headed to Vietnam with a good buddy, who introduced him to his wife, Karen. They just celebrated their 53rd anniversary.
They have two daughters and two grandsons. One daughter lives in Lawrence and the other is a pharmacist in McLouth.
Oliver enjoys gardening and maintaining his 10-acre property.
He attended the 2022 reunion but had to leave before the class picture was taken.

Oliver previously lived in Iola, Kansas.

Note: As per Harold (Charles) Denchfield, Oliver was a medic in Vietnam and went back for a least one extra tour of duty. At one time his duty there was also as a forward observer. Later, Oliver was the chief medical technologist at the Iola Hospital.
