2022 update from Terry "We are the LUCKY ONES. We grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone. We had the freedom to ride our bikes all day out into the country or around the lake, go swimming for long hours with only the teenage lifeguards to watch us. We could jump into our cars and ride all over town and around the square for hours on end. We ARE the LUCKY ONES, because we still have each other.
My desire to hear live music must have started with listening to the CONTINENTALS at OAK LODGE. Over the years I have enjoyed hearing Meatloaf, Tina Turner, and Red Hot Chili Peppers in San Antonio; Diana Ross, Linda Ronstadt in Tucson. Doug McLeod at the Sedona Jazz Festival. Here in Kansas City, I have enjoyed Brody Buster and Kelley Hunt, and Mama Ray. My overall favorite to listen to is Eva Cassidy.
My family (remember the Cain-Main merger in 1960?) was successful and we still hang out together when we can.
I have enjoyed my two careers Florist worked for Bab Trapp, the premiere florist in Kansas City. When we moved to Tucson, I worked for LearJet as avionics buyer and loved hopping on the planes and going to Las Vegas for lunch with the test pilots. So I have always had a deep interest in aviation, (hot air balloons, and gliders.
Now I work part time at The Northland Shepherd’s Center. Enjoy working with elders and helping them stay in their own homes, as long as possible, and thriving. Look at our Facebook page, where I was excited that they ran a short story about me. Check it out. North-landsc.org

Info as of 2015 Terry has two daughters, Kim Adele and Kelly Renee, and three grandchildren, Shay, Nicholas and Ava. She is retired and lives in Independence, MO.
